School rules in primary school (private, religious and state)
One of the legal duties of the head teacher of a primary school (regardless of the founder) is to issue school rules.
The obligation to issue school rules, which is one of the basic internal regulations of the school, is laid down for the head teacher by Section 153 of the School Act.
